How to Change Your Cursor (Windows)
Please navigate to Settings > Mouse Settings > Additional Mouse Options and open the Pointers tab. Select the cursor you want to change, click Browse, and find the .cur file provided! Hit Apply, and the cursor should now be active.
Also included in the download file: 32 x 32px transparent .PNGs for use in games/websites. Please see terms below for usage rights.

i downloaded the file and it shows it in my files, but when i go to browse in the additional mouse settings, the file isnt there
Hey there! Did you ever figure this out? I just downloaded from an incognito tab to test it out, so hopefully this helps:
After hitting "Browse..." on the Pointers tab, the options that first pop-up are your computer's default cursors. You will need to find the folder labeled CatPawCursors-2.0 b > CatPawCursors-2.0 > cur files and select the file from there.

I changed the folder names (they went missing during the zipping process) so you should have access to them now!
